We understand IT problems cost you money. That is why our 'Pay as You Go' IT Support package not only gives you access to a highly qualified IT professional team with the right skills to ensure business continuity, but also simple management of your IT budget. 

The minimum charge 'for pay as you go' IT Support is 15 minutes. Once payment has been received, you will be put through to our friendly engineers who will guide you through our simple web based remote support tools to ensure we are connected without delay. Our engineers will work with you establishing the problem and symptoms quickly ensuring an efficient resolution to your IT problem.

In the unlikely event that we have exhausted all options and we are unable to resolve your issue, we will not charge you for our time. These costs are for labour only. Hardware costs are not included.
